Direct publishing (fewer emails)
Now that the site has reached a critical mass of subscribers we’ve moved away from sending out articles as emails. Instead, articles are now published straight to the site, often linked from index pages in the navigation bar at the top (‘COLREGs’ so far, with ‘Legislation’ and others to follow). Our newest articles will always appear on the homepage, so check in every week or so to see what has changed.
Tutoring
I’m excited to announce that, due to significant demand, we will soon be offering tutoring via Microsoft Teams. This will include 1:1 sessions, group session (a maximum of 4:1 and mock oral exams. I’ll send an email once this is fully up and running with date and time slots available.
Subscriber fees
As our many paid subscribers will know, the current £5/month rate represents excellent value for money. There are no plans to increase this any time in the near future; we’ll review this once the site approaches completion, but that is at least a year away. To everyone who has subscribed so far, thank you; your support helps us to maintain, expand and eventually complete the project.
Best regards,
Rob Taylor
